The Bible Course
Explore the BIG story.
The Bible Course is an eight-session, interactive course that will help you develop a deeper understanding of the Bible. The course enables you to connect the different books, events, and characters within the Bible, is designed for both new and experienced Bible readers and includes video teaching, group discussion, personal reflection, and daily readings.
This course will be running for 8 weeks from Weds 7th Jan to Weds 25th Feb
Do you enjoy drawing, painting in oils, acrylics, watercolours or creating pictures with pastels? If you do, our new 'Art Interest group' will begin on Thursday 3rd July from 2pm--4pm, in the Riverside Centre.
No matter if you are new to art or a seasoned, famous artist, we would love to see you for a relaxing, calming afternoon. Please bring your own art materials!
We are delighted that 'Knit & Natter' will also continue alongside this group and will now run every week.
There will be no official charge for the Art Interest Group, except a small voluntary donation to cover the cost of refreshments.
We are delighted to be able to lead another Kesher Course. The material has been updated so for those of you who have already experienced the course and it is even better, Kesher means connection in Hebrew and the course looks at the connections between the Old and New Testament scriptures, the Jewishness of Jesus and the covenants and promises to Israel including the End Time prophecies.
The course in divided into 12 teaching sessions and we will be covering them over 6 meetings. Our hope and prayer is that by the end of the course God will be greater and Jesus more wonderful!
